I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist working in Sheffield. I offer short and long-term therapy to individuals and I also facilitate groupwork (see Events link for available groups). I have worked in both Primary Care and Private Practice since 2004. I currently work as an Associate at Cornerstone Counselling and Therapy Centre and as a psychotherapist at Freed Beeches, Eating Disorder Clinic at Worksop. Before I retrained as a psychotherapist, I worked as a Business and Management Consultant. I am remarried with two children.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I have completed six years of training in total. I am a registered psychotherapist with an M.A. in Gestalt Psychotherapy from Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI) and a BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Sheffield Hallam University.
I receive regular supervision to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained. This is a professional requirement for both the BACP and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). The identity of my client is protected at all times.
