Gestalt Psychotherapy is a holistic approach to the healing and growth of the whole person. Clients explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe and creative space, working towards greater self-awareness. Greater awareness of what we do and how we are with others leads to greater choice and greater control in life.
